1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and g77u ("g77u", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the g77u website at https://g77u.club, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available through the Platform. These Terms apply in full to all users who register an account, access the Platform as a visitor, or otherwise interact with any service offered by g77u.

By creating an account on g77u, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. g77u reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

3Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the g77u Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active. g77u will verify eligibility at registration and may conduct additional verification checks at any time. Players who do not meet the eligibility criteria, or who cease to meet them after registration, must not use the Platform and must immediately notify g77u support.

• ▸You must be at least 21 years of age. g77u enforces this requirement strictly and will request proof of age documentation where reasonable doubt exists.
• ▸You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register accounts on the Platform.
• ▸You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and notify g77u of any changes to that information promptly.
• ▸You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, which will serve as the primary identifier and OTP delivery channel for your account.

4Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold one account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or using different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created accidentally, you must contact g77u support immediately to have it closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. g77u will never ask you for your password by any communication channel, including email, SMS, or phone call. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify g77u support without delay.

• ▸You must register using your real name, your own Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate personal details. False registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• ▸You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• ▸g77u may request identity verification documents at any time, including at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
• ▸g77u reserves the right to close any account where false, outdated, or unverifiable personal information has been provided, or where the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

g77u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the Bangladeshi mobile payment methods listed on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that deposits are made from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be refused and returned, or flagged for additional verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. g77u aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, which may vary depending on payment method, verification status, and current processing volumes. g77u reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly where a large sum is involved or where the account's transaction history raises compliance questions.

• ▸The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• ▸All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). g77u does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.
• ▸Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the g77u account. g77u will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ▸g77u reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC) checks. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.
• ▸Dormant accounts (accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified by g77u. Players will be given advance notice before any inactivity fee is applied.

6Bonuses and Promotions

g77u may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements and rollover conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to a Player's bonus balance and are separate from the Player's real-money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• ▸Bonuses may only be used by the Player to whom they were issued. Transferring, selling, or gifting bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.
• ▸g77u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a current bonus cycle will be honoured.
• ▸Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing contradictory bets to reduce risk artificially, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• ▸Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only. A new Player is defined as a person who has not previously held any account on the Platform.

7Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where warranted, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• ▸Attempting to defraud g77u or any other Player by any means, including collusion in multi-player games, use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts without written authorisation from g77u.
• ▸Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• ▸Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. g77u is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• ▸Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit, or withdrawal process.
• ▸Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other form of cyberattack.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the g77u Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of g77u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of g77u.

The g77u brand name, logo, and domain name are trademarks of g77u. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including use in metatags, search engine advertising, or any other context designed to create an impression of affiliation with g77u — is strictly prohibited.

9Privacy and Data Protection

g77u collects, processes, and stores personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, verify identities, detect fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations, and provide customer support. The full details of how g77u handles personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how Players may exercise their data rights — are set out in the g77u Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Responsible Gaming

g77u is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Player base. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time through the account settings section. Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact g77u support for further assistance.

• ▸g77u enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Players who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits returned.
• ▸Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• ▸Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be frozen and no deposits or wagers will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. g77u's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g77u does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. g77u makes no representations regarding the suitability of any game or service for any particular purpose.

12Suspension and Termination

g77u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Where suspension or closure is initiated by g77u for reasons other than Player misconduct, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after verification.

• ▸Grounds for immediate suspension without prior notice include: breach of eligibility requirements, provision of false personal information, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, multiple account creation, and violation of Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).
• ▸A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting g77u support. Requests to close an account are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard verification.
• ▸Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by g77u for breach of these Terms — all outstanding bonus balances are forfeited immediately and will not be paid out.

13Amendments to These Terms

g77u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects Player rights or obligations — g77u will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by notifying active Players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. g77u operates its Platform as an online entertainment service accessible to users in Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with g77u support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. g77u will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
